These terms govern purchases made through Maltwise. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to buy and receive alcohol in your delivery location and that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders and contract

Products, prices and availability are shown on the website and may change. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or required age and delivery checks cannot be completed.

Age and responsible sales

You must be at least 18 to purchase alcohol in the UK. We may request proof of age at checkout or delivery. Couriers may refuse delivery where the recipient cannot demonstrate that they are 18 or over, appears intoxicated, or the delivery is otherwise unlawful.

Payment, delivery and errors

Payment must be authorised before dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. You must check your order promptly and contact us about damage, shortages or errors as soon as possible.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights. We are not responsible for delay outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
