We deliver orders to eligible UK addresses using a tracked carrier. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Delivery charges and any available express options are shown at checkout before payment. Orders may be sent in more than one parcel.

Age verification

Alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over. The carrier may request photo identification and will not leave alcohol unattended or with a person who cannot satisfy the age check.

Problems with delivery

Track your parcel using the details in your dispatch email. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, including photographs where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, adverse weather or events outside our reasonable control.
